Heat oil / ghee in a pan.
Add yoghurt,meat and SHAN NIHARI MASALA and fry for 5 -10 minutes. - 2
Add 3-4 glass of water and cook on medium flame till meat is tender.

Dissolve wheat flour in little water and add to the curry and stir vigorously.
Continue to cook till oil separates out. - 4
Fry onion in one tablespoon of oil / ghee till golden brown.Then pour over the curry.

Delicious Nihari is ready.
Serve with Naan /Roti /and Garnish.
