  • 1ginger (thumb size)
  • 1galangal (thumb size)
  • 1 handfulGreen chilli (small)
  • 5Green chilli (big)
  • 1 tspcoriander ground
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Raw ingredients
  • 1whole free range chicken (cut small)
  • 3lemongrass
  • 5lime leaves
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sugar
  • Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend all the blended spices until become paste.

  2. 2

    Heat a pan, sautee the paste until fragrant,

  3. 3

    Bring the chicken in, add water, lemongrass, and lime leaves. Boil with a low heat until it's tender (approximately 1 hour).
