Ingredients

  • ઘી 1 ટેબલ સ્પુન
  • વર્મીસેલી 1/2 પેકેટ
  • ખાંડ 1/4 કપ
  • દૂધ 1/2 લીટર
  • કાજુ
  • બદામ
  • પિસ્તા
  • એલચી નો ભૂકો
  • કિશમિશ

Steps

    દૂધ ને ગરમ કરી રાખવું. ઘી ગરમ કરી તેમા કાજુ, બદામ કિશમિશ ગોલ્ડન બ્રાઉન થાય તેટલા સાતડવા અને અલગ કાઢી લેવા. ઘી માં સેવ નાખી ધીમા તાપે શેકવી

    ત્યારબાદ તેમા ગરમ કરેલું દૂધ નાખી ઉકાળવું. તેમા કાજુ, બદામ ના પીસ નાખી, ખાંડ નાખી 5-10 મિનિટ હલાવતા રહેવું. સેવ ચડી જાય પછી તેમા એલચી નો ભૂકો નાખી ઠંડુ થાય બાદ સર્વ કરવું.
