Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 200 gramsground pork
  2. 1/6(of the whole) of finely chopped cabbages
  3. 2 handfulsfinely chopped green onions
  4. 1 clovegarlic grated
  5. 10 gramsginger grated
  6. 2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  7. 2 tablespoonssake or wine
  8. 1 tablespoonsesame oil
  9. 2 teaspoonsstarch(any starch)
  10. Some salt
  11. Gyoza wraps(pretty much pizza dough without yeast)

Cooking Instructions

    Chop cabbages and salt

    Chop green onions

  3. 3

    In a bowl of ground pork, add soy sauce, sake, oil, starch, ginger and garlic. Then mix.

    Get rid of the water that came out of cabbage.

  5. 5

    Add cabbage and green onions to the bowl of ground pork and mix.

  6. 6

    Wrap it in gyoza wrap.

  7. 7

    Cook gyoza with sesame oil and some water, so you can steam fry gyoza in a pan without sticking to the pan.
