Ingredients

  1. 6carousel potatoes
  2. 5 tablespoonsmixed herbs
  3. 1 tablespoongarlic powder
  4. 1 tablespoonginger powder
  5. 1 teaspoongaram masala
  6. 5 tablespoonsolive oil

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Clean all your potatoes. Don't peel.

    Cut the potatoes into wedges. If medium sized cut into 4 if large cut into 8

    In a bowl put your potatoes and all the spices. Mix them well to cover all the potatoes.

    Pour your olive oil and mix

  5. 5

    Put them in your baking tray and put them inthe oven let them cook for40 minutes at 180degrees. Keep checking on them after 15 miutes and turn them for them not to burn.

  6. 6

    Serve with your favourite sauce or guacamole.
