Take 2 tsp ghee in a pan and shallow fry bread triangles get golden brown colour on a low flame that gets crunchy till inside. Brush honey on warm bread it will absorb honey sweetness.

For Rabdi preparation- Boil 1 cup of milk and keep moving malai to sides. Add 1 tbsp sugar, let milk boil as sugar releases water, once you get boil add cardamom powder, add crushed paneer. In 3 to 4 min switch off the gas,.rabdi will get thick now.

Shahi tukda preparation - Make sure Rabdi comes down to room temperature and then add 2 tbsp mango puree. Mix well. Mango rabdi is ready.Take a plate to arrange shahi tukda and pour mango rabdi on shahi tukda. Garnish with some almonds, pistachios and mango pieces on top. Serve it in your dessert.
