Separate the egg yolk and whites.

To the yolk add milk pinch of salt and vanilla essence and whisk it well.

After whisking it for 5 mins add the refined flour into it and make a flowing consistency batter.

In a separate bowl add 3 egg whites and whisk it for about 5-7 mins adding sugar gradually untill soft peaks are formed.

Mix the egg yolk mixture in the whites and fold them together.

Apply butter on a pan and pipe out the mixture on a well-greased pan and cover and cook for 3-4 mins on both sides.

Serve hot with some chocolate syrup and your favorite fruits.
