Spicy cold noodles
Steps

Dry roast peanut, sesame seeds and flax seeds on low flame and let it cool down.

When peanuts cool down-peel off the skin and crush them into small pieces not dine powder, then take both the seeds and peanut into a bowl.

Add black pepper, chilli powder,salt and grate ginger into it.(chilli flakes also fine instead pf chilli powder)

Heat oil -when it smoky hot, pour it over masala and quickly mix it.

When it slightly hot add crushed garlic do not add immediately otherwise it will burn.

Our hot and spicy chilli oil is ready. Now let's assemble noodles

Take boiled noodles into bowl-add vegetables

Add 1-2 tsp chilli oil over it. Or as per your tastebuds.

Mix them together and enjoys this spicy cold noodles without cooking..just mix it and enjoy as all the vegetables we used -we use it salad form and we eat them raw.
