Ingredients

  1. 1 packetVermicelli
  2. 1 1/2 ltr Milk full Cream
  3. 1 tbsp Cardamom Powder
  4. 1/2 cup Kesar Milk
  5. Dry fruits
  6. Ghee or Butter for fry
  7. Mango Pulp or Puree
  8. Sugar for taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add butter and Roast Vermicelli till it's colour changes in to Golden.then take a Container add Full cream milk and boil it add Vermicelli, Sugar, Cardamom Powder, Kesar Milk and Cook it to milk getting thick.then cool it down on Room temperature.

    Then take a Mango Pulp Puree and Dy fruits mix well and Refrigerate for 2 hours.after freezing Mango Kheer put into bolws Garnish with Dry fruits.Serve it Cool.
