Ingredients

  • For dough
  • 1 cupmaida (all-purpose flour)
  • 1 TSPsugar
  • 1/4 TSPcooking soda (khane wala soda)
  • 1/2 TSPbaking powder
  • 1/2 TSPmixed Italian herbs
  • 2 tbspcurd/buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 TSPoil
  • 1/4 cupmilk
  • to tasteSalt
  • For garlic butter
  • 3 tbspbutter
  • 1/2 TSPmixed Italian herbs
  • 1/2 TSPcrushed garlic
  • Stuffing
  • Cheese
  • Coriander
  • 1/4 cupsweet corn (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Take maida, sugar, salt, baking soda, baking powder, mix herbs in a bowl

  2. 2

    Mix it very well

  3. 3

    Add curd, oil, milk and knead a dough

  4. 4

    Knead the dough for at least 10 min

  5. 5

    Give rest for about an hour

  6. 6

    Now prepare garlic butter

  7. 7

    For garlic butter - mix butter crushed garlic and mix herbs

  8. 8

    Now roll out an average sized roti.. not so thick and not so thin. Keep it average width

  9. 9

    Now apply garlic butter to it to whole roti

  10. 10

    Add coriander,sweet corn and cheese to it(fill the stuffing only in half roti)

  11. 11

    Now fold the other half of roti over the stuffed portion

  12. 12

    Seal it very well(I have sealed it with water only)

    Now make a marks on it as shown in pic

  14. 14

    Apply butter and herb on it for garnishing

  15. 15

    Take a flat bottom vessel.. pre heat for 10 min

  16. 16

    Now place a ring or bowl to the vessel and then place your garlic bread vessel (do not keep your garlic bread vessel on direct heat). You can even use batti cooker for it

  17. 17

    It will take at least 25 min.. do not open before it

  18. 18

    Serve hot😇
