Take chicken drain the water off put red colour.

Marinate the with lemon, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt black pepper powder, garam masala, cumin and dry coriander powder.

Then take it and put the pieces on the skewers🍢 and put them in the oil on the fry pan to cook them. Cook them on medium to high flame 🔥 untill you get grill marks on the chicken and it cooked

Now to add an extra flavour of BBQ take a coal and burn it put in the centre of the pieces into a foil bowl and pour a some ghee and cover the lid nicely so that all the aroma gets mixed into the chicken.. Now ready to eat
