#week5of5 Desi ghee is an essential part of an Indian household. All over India, desi ghee is extensively used not only for cooking medium but it’s also considered pious and sacred and hence only Desi ghee is used for all Vedic yajna reetis. With many options available in the market, still many people prefer to make it at home as it gives not only gives a sense of satisfaction of enjoying the purest form of ghee, but is also cost effective. Even foodie like me love that homemade khoya which got after making ghee. And today I prepared yummy ghee leftover dessert . Flavors resemble to mathura pedas 😋😋

Before check recepie let's talk about some health benefits of having ghee leftovers..

1. Ghee-leftovers is a rich sauce of natural antioxidants. It is rich in phospholipids and nitrogenous compounds, which contribute towards it's antioxidant properties.

2. Ghee-leftovers have much higher protein than those in ghee.

3. It's high sauce of energy too 🤗

After knowing so many health benefits how can I waste it 🤔🤔 so I prepared KHOYA Burfi MADE FROM GHEE LEFTOVERS ❤️❤️

Let's check recipe now.
