Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3-4पापड (सेंक हुए)
  • 1कटोरी दही
  • 1प्याज
  • 2-3हरी मिर्च
  • 3-4लहसुन की कलियां
  • 1छोटा चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर
  • 1/2छोटा चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर
  • स्वादानुसार नमक
  • 1छोटा चम्मच धनिया पाउडर
  • 1बड़ा चम्मच तेल
  • 1छोटा चम्मच जीरा
  • 1बड़ा चम्मच ‌हरा धनिया पत्ती

Steps

  1. 1

    कड़ाही या हांडी में तेल गरम करें उसमें जीरा डाल दें फिर उसमें कटा प्याज और हरी मिर्च ‌डाले और हल्का भूरा होने तक भूनें

  2. 2

    फिर उसमें कूटी लहसुन डाल दें और अच्छी तरह पका लें

  3. 3

    फिर उसमें सारे मसाले मिला लें तेल छूटने तक पकाएं

  4. 4

    फिर 1कप पानी और दही कड़ाही में डाल लें आंच तेज रखें लगातार हिलाते रहें 2 मिनट तक (आंच तेज ही रखें ताकि दही फटे नहीं)

  5. 5

    फिर उसमें सेंके हुए ‌पापड तोड़ कर मिला लें और पापड़ को नरम होने तक पकाएं 2 से 3 मिनट तक

  6. 6

    गैस बंद कर दें और फिर उसमें हरा धनिया डाल दें

  7. 7

    रोटी ‌के‌ साथ परोसें
