For the cheese, pour one cup of water in a pot on medium heat. When the water gets hot, start pouring the milk powder sparsely and keep stiring until you pour all the powder and no lumps left, reduce the heat to low. Then start pouring the vinegar and keep stiring, the milk will start curdling.

Strain the curdled milk in a fine sieve, then blend with some of the strained whey (drained water) so as not to get the curdled milk stick to my blender.

I then pour back into the sieve the get some excess whey off and keep aside.

Boil your corn and scrape the corn off the cob. Boil your potatoes till soft and mash. and get the other ingredients set

Blend the peppers, garlic and onions and boil to drain water to paste like texture, add oil, seasoning, spices and stirfry for 2 min. Then add corn and peas stir fry for a min.

Mix in your mashed potatoes for a min then off the stove

Pour in the cream cheese, mix and serve hot
