Ingredients

  • 250 gramschicken
  • 1 cuprice or cooked leftover rice
  • 3nos eggs
  • 1 cupvegetables chopped (carrot,beans,bell pepper,greenpeas)
  • 2 tspginger garlic paste
  • 2_3 tsp pepper crushed
  • 1 tspcornflower
  • 3 tspsoya sauce

    Cook chicken pieces with salt, 1tsp pepper powder, ginger garlic paste and 3 cups of water. Then shed each pieces and coat with cornflower. Keep aside.If you want to cook rice can cook with chicken stock and water (2:1)ratio.

    Take a wok scrambled eggs and keep aside in a plate.Then add chicken pieces,fry them.Take them in the same plate.Then add onion,green chilli, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste in the wok toss till onion is transparent at high flame. After this add veggies, cook for a while.Check that bell peppers added are crunchy not soft. Add chicken and eggs.Pour soya sauce to your choice.

    Then add rice in batches.Add pepper if needed.Then add spring onions and serve them.
