१ व्यक्ती
  • १०० ग्रॅम पडवळ
  • १/२ बारिक चिरलेला कांदा
  • २ टिस्पुन शेंगदाणे
  • २ टिस्पुन सुकखोबर किस
  • १ टिस्पुन तीळ
  • १ टिस्पुन लाल तिखट
  • १ टिस्पुन धणे जिरे पुड
  • १/४ चमचा हळद
  • २ टिस्पुन लिंबाचा रस
  • १ टिस्पुन साखर

    पडवळ सोलुन त्याचे २/२ ईंचाचे तिकडे कापून त्याला मधे चिर देवून आतल्या बिया आणि गर काढुन त्याला थोडे मिठ आणि हळद लावून १५/२० मिनिटे ठेवा.

    शेंगदाणे, तिळ, सुकखोबर चांगले भाजुन मिक्सर मधुन जाडसर वाटुन घ्या, त्यात धणे जिरे पुड, लालतिखट, हळद, मिठ, साखर, लिंबाचा रस, बारिक चिरलेला कांदा सगळं छान मिक्स करून ठेवा

    तयार केलेला मसाला (स्टफिंग) पडवळाच्या तुकड्यामधे गच्च भरा, भांड्यात २ टेबलस्पुन तेल गरम करून त्यात मोहरी, जिरे कढिपत्ता आणि हिंगाची फोडणी करुन त्यात भरलेले पडवळाचे तुकडे घालुन सर्व बाजुनी चांगले परतुन घ्या आणि चांगले मऊसुत शिजु द्या. वरून बारिक चिरलेली कोथिंबीर पेरुन चपाती बरोबर सर्व्ह करा.
