Ingredients

1.30 minutes
4 people
  1. 1 1/2 cupmango pulp
  2. 3 tbspsugar
  3. 1/4 cupmilk powder/koya
  4. 3 tbsp crush coconut
  5. 2 tbsp crush almonds,pistachio
  6. 1/4 tsp illachi powder
  7. 1 tbsp butter/desi ghee/oil
  8. Mould for barfi shapes

Steps

1.30 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat the pan add butter n almonds, pistachio fry for 1 minutes then take out in plate.

  2. 2

    Now heat the pan add mango pulp and cook fir 5 minutes on low heat then milk powder/ koya, crush coconut then stir it on low heat.

  3. 3

    Next add sugar n illachi powder in mango pulp stir it well n cook for 5 minutes until the mixture is not sticky,let it cool.

  4. 4

    Now take a mould greese it with 1 tsp oil set in mould to give shape, now keep in freezer/frige for 1 hour.

  5. 5

    Now take out the mango 🥭 barfi cut in square pieces and set in plate.
