Sieve maida, baking powder and baking soda together and keep aside

In a bowl take butter add sugar and mix well

Now add maida mixture lil by lil to avoid lumps

Now add milk and adjust consistency... continue mixing in one direction...

Now add mango essence

Pour a batter in an alluminium dish greased with butter and dusted with maida

Put in oven at 180° temp for abt 30-35 min

Check it with knife if it doesn't stick to it it's ready to eat

Now cool and unmold it.
