Competition name says it all. King of all fruits MANGO makes you mast. When you think of Summers , it's mangoes that comes to your mind. The recipe i have here comes really handy with very few ingredients and amazing. Don’t forget it's mangoes and you can never go wrong with it :))

Competition name says it all. King of all fruits MANGO makes you mast. When you think of Summers , it's mangoes that comes to your mind. The recipe i have here comes really handy with very few ingredients and amazing. Don’t forget it's mangoes and you can never go wrong with it :))

Wash and peel mangoes.

Separate 2 cups chunks and make purée from the rest Of mangoes.

Add little condensed milk too.

Beat cream with condensed milk
- 5
Freeze mango purée in any shape in silicon mould for garnishing,

Crush biscuits using roller pin or chopper.

Assembling
Pour purée in glass and keep in freezer for 10 minutes

Add crush biscuits in bowls. You can add butter or use any other biscuits. I like light dessert, haven’t add in butter.

Add mango chunks in individual servings or use a flat bowl.

Add cream and condensed milk mixture

Decorate with frozen mango puree. I have used star shape for mango purée.
