Veg Chowmein

We mostly think chowmein and noodles are more or less same. But , we should know there's a lot of difference between the two. Noodles made from flour dough. While chowmein is what we get when the boiled noodles are tossed and stir-fry with variety of sauces and vegetables.
I have used four different sauces and maggi masala besides other ingredients, to make the noodled more spicy and tangy chow mein with lots of veggies.

Steps

Boil enough water with salt and 1 tsp oil, in a wide kadhai. Boil the noodles. (not so soft)
Wash the noodles in running water, spread to evaporator excess water.

In a wider pan,heat oil. Add and saute the minced garlic and chopped green chilli.

Add chopped onion and saute, till transparent.

Next add the chopped veggies, except chopped capsicum. Sauté for two minutes.

Add the chopped capsicum and required salt (sauces have salt) and stir fry on high flame.

Then add vinegar, sauces and boiled noodles. Mix carefully the veggies and noodles. Now the spicy chowmein is ready to serve.
