Besan Curry
This vegetable is very easy to make and looks very tasty.
Steps

First we start making gram flour cheela.So I have prepared a batter by adding a little besan, ajwain and salt in the bowl once.Then put a tawa on the gas.Then the chilla will be spread slowly on the pan.Will apply a little oil on the Cheela.Cheela will be cook well from both sides till it is golden colored.You will cut the chilla from piese by turning it from both sides.Now let's prepare the gravy.

Finely chop and finely chop the onion tomato chilli ginger.

Then grind it. Make soft paste. Take a kadai add oil then add cumin seeds & hing,

When the cumin asafoetida cooks well, mix the paste made in it. Add water as needed.,Add Cheela & Add water as needed. Cook 15 minutes very well.your sabji is ready to serve.
