Ingredients

  • 200 gmsPaneer cubes
  • 1capsicum diced
  • 1tomato diced
  • 1onion diced
  • ForMarination :-
  • 1/2 cuphung curd
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspkasoori methi
  • 1 tspkitchen king masala
  • 1 tbsgram flour roasted
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • as per tasteSalt
  • ForGravy :-
  • 3medium onions
  • 1/2 cuptomato puree
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspfresh cream
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a mixing bowl add hung curd beat it add salt red chilli powder turmeric powder kitchen king masala kasoori methi gram flour mix it add diced veggies mix it add Paneer cubes mix gently keep aside

  2. 2

    Heat oil and butter in pan add onions saute it add ginger garlic paste saute it cool it and grind it

  3. 3

    Add butter in pan stir fry marinated veggies for few minutes

  4. 4

    Take grinned paste in a pan add tomatoes puree mix it cook till tomatoes puree cook separate oil from sides add stir fry veggies mix it add milk bring it boil add fresh cream and chopped coriander leaves serve with butter naan
