Chop your beef into small pcs

Add garlic and ginger and boil till soft

When stock dries up add cooking oil and fry till golden brown

Add onions and salt and stir well, add tomatoes and stir again

Add Capsicum and continue stirring, then add little water and let it cook for 5minutes

Add Corriander and remove from heat

Serve with ugali and steamed cabbage
