Steps

Take a vessel to make dough add flour, add(mango puree with sugar) turmeric and knead puri like dough

Add 1 tsp of oil and knead it again. Keep aside for 10 minutes cover the lid or cloth.

Make small balls and roll like a puri. Take a kadhai add oil to it keep for heating. Once the oil gets heat place the puri into it and fry it both the sides till golden brown then take it in a tissue paper. Place all puri in a serving plate and serve with tea and pickle
