For rice flour...dip rice in water for 2 hours then In a blender add rice and one tbsp water and grind it. Rice flour ready

In a pan heat milk then add rice flour and cook it for 5 minuts

Then add sugar in it and cook for 5 minute more till it turn thickness

Add mango puree in it and some rose water and cook for 10 minute but during this continuously stirring your spoon in pan...when it turn out thick..turn off your flame
