Ingredients

  • २५० ग्रॅम चिकन
  • २०० ग्रॅम बासमती तांदुळ
  • २ ऊभे चिरलेले कांदे
  • १ बारिक चिरलेला टोमॅटो
  • ५ टेबलस्पुन दही
  • २ टिस्पुन धणे
  • १ टिस्पुन बडीशेप
  • १/२ टिस्पुन जिरे
  • ४ हिरवी वेलची
  • २ बडी वेलची
  • २ तमालपत्र
  • ६ लवंगा
  • १०/१२ काळेमिरी
  • २/३ ईंच दालचिनी
  • ४ टेबलस्पुन तुप
  • १ टिस्पुन बिर्याणी मसाला
  • १ टिस्पुन लाल तिखट
  • २ टेबलस्पुन आल लसुन पेस्ट
  • चविपुरते मिठ
  • पुदिना
  • कोथींबीर

Steps

  1. 1

    तांदुळ धुवून २ तास भिजत ठेवा. कुकर गरम करुन त्यात २ चमचे तुप गरम करुन त्यात जिरे, २ हिरवी वेलची, १ बडी वेलची, २ लवंगा, ४/५ काळेमिरी, १ तमालपत्र, १ ईंच दालचिनी ची फोडणी करुन त्यात अर्धा कांदा, १ चमचा आल लसुन पेस्ट घालुन जरा परतुन घ्या नंतर त्यात चिकनचे तुकडे घालुन परतावे. धणे आणि बडीशेप एका कपड्यात बांधुन ही पुरचुंडी कुकर मधे ठेवा नंतर कुकर मधे ३०० मि. लि पाणि घालुन झाकण लावून ४/५ शिट्ट्या काढुन घ्या.

    कुकर मधुन चिकन चे तुकडे वेगळे करुन यखनी (सुप) वेगळी करुन घ्या. धणे बडीशेपांची पुरचुंडी काढुन टाका. तांदुळ स्ट्रेन करून ठेवा स् नंतर दुसर्या भांड्यात तुप गरम करुन त्यात ऊरलेले सगळे खडे मसाले घालुन नंतर त्यात ऊरलेला कांदा सोनेरी रंगावर परतुन घ्या नंतर टोमॅटो चांगले परतुन घ्या ऊरलेली आल लसुन पेस्ट परतुन घ्या लाल तिखट नंतर दही घालुन परतुन घ्या नंतर त्यात चिकनचे तुकडे घालुन पुन्हा परतुन घ्या.

    वर केलेल्या चिकनच्या मसाल्यात यखनी घाला, चवीपुरते मिठ घाला नंतर त्यात तांदुळ घालुन शिजवून घ्या वरून बिर्याणी मसाला घाला वरुन बारिक चिरलेले कोथींबीर पुदिना घालुन रायत्यासोबत सर्व्ह करा
