Steps

Take heavy bottom pan and add milk to it.
Boiled it fully.
Now add lemon juice and stir it till milk curdle.
Now with help of strainer take out chena and remove excess water from it.
Wash it well under running water. - 2
Now leave it for 20 minutes by squeezing remaining water from it.
Again try to remove excess water slowly by slowly by pressing chena between both palms.
Now add cornflour to it and mash it properly.
Make balls of this chena. - 3
Take wide pan.
Add water and sugar to it.
And when it starts boiling drop balls to it.
Boiled 15 minutes or else till balls sink in water.
Now leave it aside.
Take wide pan add milk and sugar to it.
Stir at regular interval by.
Let it become little thick on medium flame. - 4
Off the gas and add cardamom to it and mix it well.
Take a bowl put Ras and add balls to it.
Mix it well and garnish it with pistachios,saffron strands.
Refrigerate for 2 hours and that enjoy this indian sweet.
