In a grinder pot mix all ingredients of green chutney make a fine paste.keep aside.

Slit the idlis with a sharp knife in 3parts.

Grind it.

Mix lemon juice, salt and mashed potatoes.

Pour it in a glass,top it with the straberry icecream and mango slice and serve it.

Stuff the 1side of idlis with the potato mpotatoes one by green chutney and one by tomato sauce press well and keep aside.

Prepare a fairly thick batter by gram flour with little water. Add salt,ajwain turmeric and soda.

Dip the stuffed idlis in the batter and fry till crisp.

Serve hot with tomato sauce or garlic chilli sauce.aur onion beetroot salad.
