Lauki ki sabzi

Steps

First wash lauki. Peeloff the lauki and cut into small pieces.

Heat 1tsp ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds, let it crackle, add green chillies.

Add lauki, salt, sugar. Mix well.

Cover it with the lid and cook for 5 mins. on low flame. Now open the lid, mix well.

Again cover it and cook for another 3 mins.on low flame. Turn off the flame. Lauki ki sabzi is ready to eat with roti and salad.
