Ingredients

  1. 200 gramschana (soak in water at least 6-8 hours
  2. 2onion paste
  3. 2potatoes (cut into cubes)
  4. 2tomatoes and green chillies paste
  5. Aa neededCurry leaves
  6. 1 tspzeera
  7. 1 tbsred chilli powder
  8. 1 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1 tspCoriander powder
  10. As neededCoriander leaves
  11. as neededImli (tamarind)soaked in water

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in cooker add zeera and curry leaves when it starts splutter add all paste cook for 1 -2 minutes

  2. 2

    Now add all dry powder, potatoes and chana.... Close cooker and take 3 whistle.... Then add soaked imli.. Cook for another 5 minutes and your chana masala is ready to serve
