Ingredients

  1. 1 cupOats (plain)
  2. 1/3 cupgram flour(besan)
  3. 1Onion(chopped)
  4. 2Green chilli(chopped)
  5. 1Tomato (chopped)
  6. 1/4 cupCoriander leaves
  7. 1/3 tspTurmeric powder
  8. 1/3 tspRed chilli powder
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 3 tspoil
  11. as neededwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl,add oats mix with water and cover it 4 minutes.

    After 4 minutes add besan,tomato,onion,chilli,coriander leaves,salt.Mix well like a smooth batter.

    Heat a tawa,grease oil,add the batter,cook it until looks golden brown.serve with tomato ketchup.
