Fish and potato katlesi

In a bowl mash the potatoes and set aside

In a pan, cook the onion, bell pepper, garlic and fresh dhania in a little oil
- 3
Mince the boiled fish and add into the above mixture
- 4
Add the spices and cook for a few minutes and put off heat
- 5
Add the mixture onto the mashed potatoes and mix in well
- 6
Using your hands mould about one and half tbsp of the mixture into desired shapes
- 7
In a separate bowl, break the eggs for coating your katlesi then coat your katlesi as you deep fry on medium heat
- 8
Serve with desired dips
