Steps

Add 1 & half cup of water in 1 cup of corn flour in a bowl.

Take a sauce pan add 1 & half cup sugar and 1 & half cup of water, let it boil for 5 minutes.

When water get boiling add corn flour water. Stir continuouly on medium flame.bAfter 10 minutes add lemon juice(to avoid crystal formation).

Add 2 tspoon of ghee & stir continuously until ghee get absorbed. Again add 2 tsp of ghee & keep stirring.

After 10 minutes add dry fruits, cardamom powder & any food colour in it and keep stirring. (I have used grated beetroot juice for red colour)

Mix it and stir until ghee separate. (Take little bit of batter in plate if it can't stick to plate then batter is ready)turn off the flame.

Grease the plate then pour batter spread evenly. Let it cool down in room temperature. After that cut in pieces. Karachi halava is ready.
