  • Oil for deep frying
  • 1onion
  • 1bell pepper
  • 1 piecegarlic
  • 1tomato
  • to tasteSalt
  • Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Deep fry chicken till done

  2. 2

    In a pan saute onions, when brown add in the garlic and salt. Add the bell pepper and tomato and salt and cook down.

    Add chicken then water. Bring to a simmer and serve. Enjoy
