Steps

Mix yeast,sugar,and milk keep aside

Take all-purpose flour,salt,and knead a dough using milk and yeast mixture by gradually adding oil.cover the dough with cling wrap and rest the dough for 1hr in a warm place.

After 1hr punch the dough knead it for a while make equal size balls and place it on dusted buttet paper so it wont stick now again rest these donuts for second proofing for 15 minutes.

After 15 min press each ball slightly and make a hole in center using circle cutter or and small rolling pin.Heat oil in a pan fry donuts on low flame after frying part z done,mix sugar and cinnamon and seive it on the top of the donuts.Enjoy with a cup of tea.
