Steps

Take bread slices and cut it's corner and flattened them using roll pin.

For stuffing:- take a bowl add hungcurd,,paneer,,onion,, capsicum,,green chillies and fresh coriander in it.

Now add roasted besan in this mixture.add elaichi powder and salt,,red chilli powder,, garam masala,, coriander powder and mix all these well.

Now take flattened bread slices fill the stuffing in between it. bind it into the shape of a kebab. Use water to stick it's side.

Now deep fry them till they become crispy. Serve with onions and mint chutney.
