Wash peel potatoes in small cubes

Heat oil. Add zeera. As it splutter add potato cubes & fry in oil for 2-3min.add 1/2 cup water & let potato cooked till almost done.

Beat eggs together. Add spices in aloo & mix well. Add eggs and mix by stirring continuouly. Till eggs start getting shape

Cover dish and let eggs cooked and aloo also get full soft with eggs in steam

Sprinkle garam masala garnish with coriander chop green chillies and ginger julia s.

Serve with roti or bread & enjoy
