  • 1/2 cupMasoor Daal
  • 4 tbspCooking oil
  • 1Onion chopped
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 2Green chilli
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspCumin powder
  • pinchKalonji
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • For garnishing
  • leavesCoriander
  • Garam masala

  1. 1

    Soak pulses for an hour. Heat oil fry chopped onion, put ginger garlic then put soaked daal, put all spices, fry it for 2 mins.
