Modified version of special spicy kethels chicken of kerala

Fry 2 types of cumin in a pan without adding oil. Now powder this in a mixer.

Take shallots, ginger and garlic and grind it to a semi paste. (Grind once for 5 seconds then again for 5 sec)

Add these 2 mixtures to chicken, add chilli powder, 1.5 tbsp red chilli flakes, garam masala, chicken masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder,curd, curry leaves chopped and salt to taste and mix all these thoroughly to chicken.

Keep the marinated chicken in freezer for 30 minutes.

Now in a pan, heat some oil so as to shallow fry the chicken. Now place all the chicken in the pan and fry in medium flame until both sides become red and move aside.

After removing the chicken, put the rest of red chilli flakes, green chilli chopped to the rest of the oil in the pan, and heat it in low flame for 1 minutes

Put this chilli flakes mixture on top of the prepared chicken fry. Kethel's chicken is ready
