Boil milk till it reduces to 1/4 of the quantity by adding sugar. Add kesar and cardamom powder.

Take boiled rice and add ghee in a pan and add rice to it.

Add jaggery to it and mix well, once jaggery melts and mixes well cook till the rice and jaggery mix well and is dry.

Add almonds and mix well.

Place the rice in a plate with help of any mould and pour rabdi on that and garnish with dryfruits.

Serve immediately.
