Masala Veg Oats

Heat oil in a pan.

Add onions in it and saute for two minutes.

Add tomatoes in it and cook it until soft or mushy.

Add beans and carrots in it. Stir well for two minutes. Dont overcook it.

Now add capsicam and oats in it. Stir well for two minutes.

Add salt, red chilli powder and maggi masala in it. Mix well.

Now add four cups water in it. Mix well and cook for five minutes or until done.

Add coriander leaves and lemon juice in it. Mix well.

It's ready. Serve hot.
