Take 15-18 Dates.

Remove the Seed of the date.

Add them to the Grinder.

Grind it well. Add sugar and milk and grind it.

By the time milkshake is getting ready, On the other hand take 1 and half tsp Chia seed soak in water for 10-15 mins, You can even use overnight soaked chia seeds.

Now add chia seed to the milkshake.Milkshake is ready.

Refigerate for an hour if you want or consume it directly.
