Mix equal quantities of hung curd, condensed milk and mango puree.

It should be smooth in texture. Now pour them in serving bowls or earthen bowls and steam for 15-20 minutes.

Add 2-3 saffron strands on top. Take it out and refrigerate for 5-6 hours or overnight. Garnish & Serve chilled

NOTE : You can add cardamom powder in the mix if you wish.
To make hung curd...add thick yoghurt to a muslin cloth and hang for half an hour...excess water will be removed..you will get a nice thick curd.
Pour the mix only 3/4 th in the bowl...because as you steam it will rise.
