Ingredients

  • 1serving bowl palak (boiled)
  • 2-3onion chopped
  • 2-3tomato chopped
  • 1 tbsp garlic chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger chopped
  • 1small bowl corns boiled
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tbspturmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp kitchen king
  • 1/2 tbsp black salt
  • 1little piece of paneer for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan,, let it get hot

  2. 2

    Now add garlic and ginger and saute till golden brown

  3. 3

    Now add onion and saute till pinkinsh,, after that add tomato and saute for 5-7 minutes

  4. 4

    Add all the masala into the tadka and saute for 2-3 minute

  5. 5

    Now add palak boiled and beated, and corns to it and mix well and let it cook for 8-10 minutes

  6. 6

    At last garnish with paneer and serve hot
