Firstly grate beetroot then cut onion, capsicum, carrot in big pieces.

Then take bowl put cornflour, maida, salt, red chilli powder, beetroot and mix it nicely. Then make balls.

Then add oil in nonstick pan after heating the oil, fry all balls.

Meanwhile take one bowl andd add 2 cups water and add 2 tablespoon cornflour, 1 tablespoon soya sauce, 1 tablespoon tomato sauce, salt, chilli flakes andd mix it and keep aside.

Now chopped garlic and take kadhai pour oil when get hot, on high flame saute the garlic and onion then put capsicum, carrot saute it. When capsicum and carrot get tender.

Then mix the cornflour mixture in it. After one boil add beetroot balls and saute and keep desired consistency of gravy as per your requirement.
