  • 2 cupsBasmati rice
  • 2 tspSalt
  • 1.5 litersWater
  • 1 tbsButter

  1. 1

    Wash rice and soak it for 20mins. Boil water in pot put salt, then rice. Let it boil on medium heat for ten minutes.

    Strain it.

    Put butter on it let it melt then serve it with daal. Daal recipe is already posted before.
