Mix all your ingredients for the doughnut and mix to form a smooth dough

Cover and allow to rise

After rising,defliate and roll.Use an 8 inch pan to cut out a round 1/4 inch disc

Heat oil and fry on medium heat on both sides

Allow to cool then divide into 2

Sread chocolate on one half and use the other half to cover

Spoon some of the red sugar glaze onto the doughnut then drizzle with chocolate glaze

Cut and serve
