In a bowl mix maida, sugar,milkpowder, backing powder, backing soda.

Add oil,lemon zest,lemon essence in dry ingredients.make a proper consistency batter.

Pre heat cooker.grease cake tin with oil and dust it.

Trasfer batter to tin a bake it for 45mins.

Bake it upto toothpic comes dry out.

Let it come to room temperature.

Beat the whipping cream add yellow colour in it.

Cut cake in two layer.

Icing it as in photo. Keep it in fridge for 10 20mins.
