Dipping sauce ingredients:
1 clovegarlic
3chili peppers

Steps

Wash all the fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Cut them and place them on a plate. Wash the herbs and lettuce, then drain and let dry.

Prepare the dipping sauce: Peel and finely crush the garlic. Slice the chili peppers. Mix with 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon fish sauce, and 1/2 tablespoon water. Cut the limes in half and squeeze the juice into the fish sauce mixture.
