Blend egg,heat a non-stick pan.

Put butter and keep the flane low.Cut breade slice into half.

Put egg on pan,put both the pieces on egg.Flip the bread slices and cook for 1 minute.

Put cheese pieces on one half of the slice and put jam on the other half side,fold the omellate

Fry for 2 minutes on low flame,take out and serve hot.
